If you are an avid follower of Home and Bay blogs, you know I am no whizz in the kitchen but this recipe is so easy even I could whip it up! If you don't have a mixer just hand mix for an extra few minutes in a bowl and the mixture turns out just as well. The loaf was demolished within 48 hours, it was moist and light and the kitchen smelled divine the whole time.
