Free Shipping:
Free standard shipping is available on orders over £75.
Fully Tracked:
All orders are fully tracked with Royal Mail and you will receive confirmation of this as soon as your items are dispatched. Express shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 which usually takes 1-2 business days and standard shipping is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which usually takes 3-5 business days.
Same Day Dispatch:
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the following business day. Please be advised that dispatch may take longer during busy periods.
Important Information:
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Always allow an extra day for delivery if ordering on weekends, bank holidays or weekdays after 3pm. Please double check your delivery address is correct before checking out in order to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right place, as we are unable to accept liability for parcels that do not arrive when an address has been entered incorrectly. Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated - should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay. Please note our shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. We currently ship to the UK only.
